... I had been cribbing about my increasing weight for over an year than one day I finally decided to do something about it.
Started from 84kgs .... down to 78kgs in six weeks .... No pills or anything ... with exertion and diet control Only !!!
Target is to be below 75 kg ... that I can hit by 15th Ramadan. Like you, I am only seeing high calorie and sugary stuff these days
