Achi baat hai, it should rain. More rain, less load shedding. Unfortunately, we waste a lot of water that eventually flows into the ocean. I was on google earth and was blown at the amount of sweet water that ends up in the ocean. We need to build more dams. Sweet water has no reason to be going in the ocean. We have absolutely no excuse

canal road looks so beautiful. I remember when the kalma underpass was being built. This road was packed 24/7. It was a total mess.

Vajih Bhai !! Hop on treadmill and do high intensity cardio workouts. Take your heart rate to max then slow down for a while and keep on repeating it for about 25 mins.. you will ignite a burner inside you that will keep on burning calories for next 12-20 hours.

Download Shaun-T workout series from torrents for other high intensity workouts only if you have good stamina and discipline to follow.

and as Umair has told you .. take half lemon with hot water (not so hot) just half an hour before eating anything in the morning but use too much of lemon juice. According to widely-held belief too much of lemon juice depletes ****** energy and lowers your testosterone levels, which is not so good if you are married and planning a family

running n then slow walk n then same thing again is kind of hard i tried that once but in next cyles distance keeps getting less due to tired legs n intense pain at lower legs near feet

430am, Sehri time over about 40 minutes ago. So Humid at this time. 29C/97%. Leaving for a site 100 ft below surface.
