Let me tell you a true story. I conducted a little experiment this ramadan. I was gifted a jug of abe zam zam, it probably contained around 5 litres of zam zam. Anyways, I stay up all night and drink atleast 5 bottles of normal water (not abe-zam zam). Every time I wake up in the morning, my kidneys would hurt because during sleep, i held my urine which caused pain. One day at sehri, I drank abe-zam zam and slept. In the morning when I woke up, I had no pain. So i conducted an experiment. I drank 5 bottles of water over night and slept without drinking abe zam zam. Next morning when I would wake up, I would have pain in my kidneys for holding urine over night. Than, next day, I drank abe-zam zam and slept. No pain in the morning. absolutely nothing. There is something in abe zam zam

No doubt... Zam zam is different from other waters... The day when I start to drink zam zam fromt that they so called mineral water is to me like am drinking chlorine ... ALHAMDULILLAH and MASHALLAH its more that 3 years we are drinking zam zam .. Some time to fill the cans of water is pain taken but after that its like we are in heaven ...

Dates; Zam Zam Water; Doodh Soda; Vegetable Roll; Cake; Zaatir (thyme) (Arabic dish bread baked in oven with olive oil and thyme on it)

Thyme ... Source net... kyu k ghar ka paka hua tummy mein hy ...

And now in office... taking Tea....

rooh afza n fruit chaat only
even eating a little bit after having 2-3 glasses feel enough,eating more only means over eating n over burdening,y not eat in small quantities at different intervals to keep it full till sehri

Or Han yaar found some sweet deep dish rims in 15s but really bad luck I later found out they were 4 nut....still looking no good stuff here
