Todays Iftar was direct dinner. No pakora samosa and all. But I just had kabab and roti. No Pulao 4 me. Though was running around distributing in my neighborhood.

Dates; Zam Zam Water; Doodh Soda; Vegetable Roll; Cake; Zaatir (thyme) (Arabic dish bread baked in oven with olive oil and thyme on it)

running n then slow walk n then same thing again is kind of hard i tried that once but in next cyles distance keeps getting less due to tired legs n intense pain at lower legs near feet

do low impact exercises if you feel pain in joints.. use elliptical machine, rowing machine or spinning bike instead of treadmill
