Alhamdlilah dil khush ho giya aaj, roza in great adorable weather today no garmi little showers for some long time now here in Gujranwala along some lil storm first, took it while sitting at friend's place couple of hours back, now getting ready for Pakistan and West indies (H)

You have to shed/reduce overall body fat fist, only then tummy can be tucked in.
Tummy is the last part body sheds fat from.
Do cardio and watch your diet.
