What all documents must be checked prior buying Superdari Cars/ Vehicles?!

Pl advice what all documents are to be checked/ ensured prior buying Superdari Cars/ Vehicles? And is it advisable to buy such cars? What all problems can be faced if such cars are owned? Most of such Cars Chassis is tempered, is it recommended to buy?!!!

The vehicles when recovered after theft by police then the original owner approaches the court for handing over the vehicle to him. The order of court is called Superdari. It is not advisable to purchase such car because the Superdari Paper are on the name of owner and that are not transferable further the main practice in market is that they temper the stolen vehicle of same color and model and give Superdari paper's copy to the purchaser.

As per my info, such cars are not transferable till the case in court is in progress (in case some crime occurred after car has been stolen).

In case if the car ownership it is not transferable, and owner still desires to sell the car, is it still possible to sell the car on Stamp paper/ affidavit (sale deed) signed by both owner & purchaser highlighting the whole story and price agreed by both parties?!

Is there a risk if i buy a superdari car? What problems can i face even if the owner has submitted bonds to the cout.

superdari vehicles can not be transferred or sold, without clearance from court and the concerned police station NOC for non requirement of vehicle as case property.
