What are the effects of Color changing?

I wanted to ask negative effects of changing a cars color?

For instance i buy a small car lets say a mehran, in not so gud condition and not ina gud color, And i plan to remake it and get it colored in different color. What are the negatives of it?

I mean it already needs a repaint, Then why not change the color to personal liking aswell?

What I did was that I bought an old car which was in bad shape and I knew it wont get me good bucks. I got it repainted and is with me in the best shine. I am enjoying the new color and I know if I sale it today, it would fetch me the same bucks if I sale it after a year.

No, I went with the original color. Got a new paint. But if I had a theme in mind, I would not have hesitated to change the color. It doesn't make any difference to me. Would my car one of a kind!

^ @istafa and Ali, Im planing on getting a mehran 99, In not so great condition, the car is in stock color, beidge, Its the plain beidge not mettalic, So to me the color doesnt looks to gud if i restore the car to 2012 specs.

I plan to remake the car completly maybe the color looks gud once repainted, And isnt looking gud because of the age,

So i was wondering if i paint it in white color or maybe the new mettalic grey of Suzuki.

sir, repainting the car in our country is a big SIN ...
people love the rusted dented ORIGINAL car but hates nicely painted car ..

i always loves to drive clean car .

i have seen many people changing the color of their car .. i dont know is it allowed legally or not ..

People arent getting me hear, What i want to do is paint a beidge car white, Repainting isnt an issue for me, I dont realy care about repaint, Its a banged 12 year old car rusted every where, It obviusly needs a make over,

But what are legal issues of changing the cars color ? as it obviusly means that ur masking the car.

There wont be any legal issues if you keep the chassis part in its original color. Agar aisa masla hota to all the Taxis would have been illegal. Mehran/FX Black ya Yellow color mai nahi aati...

@ Ali, That color looks eww in mehran, I guess Paksuzuki offered it but it failed,

@istafa, This seems a nice option, Il inquire with someone in excise or registration dept about it, I might get a car around 1.35-1.50 spend around 40-45k on it and drive for 3 to 4 years atleast or maybe after making it swap it with a khyber shyber, For now my dads only agreeing to get me this car if its avalible in the range,

Id be realy glad if i get it, Since ive to drive dads Corolla, and im seriusly not confirtable driving it around everywhere and i hate it when bikers scratch it, I need a dinky to drive every where tension less.

And when ur getting a cheap (in budget car) there are somethings such as color that i guess can be ignored, show marne ke lye to abba ki Corolla haina
