Hi all, please help me regarding this matter as of now I'm thinking of investing in residential plots in DHA 9, Karachi.
General Info

(DCK = DHA CITY KARACHI)
Questions:
- How many sectors are in the DCK? (It seems to confuse me time and time again).
- Does the Sindh Government have some control over it? Do they offer ’99 year govt lease’ on their plots?
- Is it safe to invest there? Do they have disputed plots or illegally taken precincts like Bahria Town Karachi?
- What achievements DCK has made so far in terms of construction, amenities, etc?
- What constructional phases is it going through?
- Have people started to reside there so far?
- Has DCK started offering possession on their residential/commercial plots?
- Have big stores, schools, universities are being moved/built there?
- Are the plot prices, as shown in Zameen.com, should be trusted?
Please guide me through this matter as I require your immediate reply. I will highly appreciate your reply.
Please excuse my lack of knowledge as I have very limited information regarding the real estate business/documents.
