Apart from that it seems to be a cut out model of vaccum pump attached to an alternator....

Where is that vacuum going and what is that vacuum used for?

kahin ye AC wala mechanism to nahin hai, pulleys and condensor etc. never saw things before

From the first picture one could work on two leads:

1) the teeth shaft running through a Z type bearing and sighting on the rotar of the alternator

2) then in the second picture it looks as if two calipers are holding the disc but brake discs are not that small I hope.

Obvoiusly, the vaccum is simple to be used for the Power Brake servo suction..

But I am still not sure if it is vaccum pump attached to that of an alternator unit
