What can be wrong?

I have a Swift DLX 2015. I drive my car very gently and was getting 12-13km/l in city ever since I bought it.

Last month I got all the filters, oil and plugs changed(all genuine). 2 days after that I went to a mechanic(no authorized dealership was present nearby at that time), he cleaned the throttle body with some sort of spray and after that I came home.

Immediately after that the consumption has dramatically increased. It is now doing just 6-7km/l. The mechanic seemed to be a fraud and he even advised me to change the fuel injectors with those of Vitz and was selling the set in PKR 2000 but I rejected. He seemed to have done something wrong. I am not a geek with regards to cars so have no idea what possibly could have gone wrong. I went to 3S dealership, they checked everything and said its all ok, nothing wrong here.

So please advise me how I can get to the root of problem?

reset the cars ecu by removing the negative terminal of the battery for 5 mins and then reconnecting it and starting the car and leaving it to idle for 5 mins! dont do anything when u start it dont give race dont drive it dont do anything!

In local mechanics ko throttle body saaf kernay ka bohat shauk hota hai. When I went for tuning from central motors the guy there said its not required yet.

Hello Guyz,

I am interested in switching from Cultus to second hand Suzuki Swift 2012,2013 etc....Please advice Suzuki Swift is a good decision?or should i look for other car or manufacturer?

No doubt swift is a good car if you switch from cultus you will be amazed by its performance. However, it's gas guzzler if you can afford it's bad fuel economy then go for swift.
