What causes burnt cylinder exhaust valve? Cultus 14 model only 15K driven

I don't use car regularly, only on long routes hence the reason for 15K.

This is what my middle cylinder valve looks like, mine one is a little darker (taken from google)

So question in my mind is how can a valve be burnt @ only 15,000 Km driven car, my mechanic says its either due to bad fuel (chemical wala fuel) and that chemical forms on valve and starts to burn (but then why just on one valve and not all of them) and the other reason he given that it can happen w/o any reason and piston/rings/valves is made of metal and metal can break at anytime. The thing is how can even "chemical" of bad fuel formed on valve since its very less driven car. Mostly its just stays park in the garage.
Cylinder had zero compression when checked with gauge and the spark plug was also burnt.

It is called Valve torching / valve guttering.

This usually occurs due to excessive valve and seat recession (wear).
If this happened in a new car just driven 15000 kms then either it is.

1. Metalurgy problem i.e. quality of valve

2. Slightly misadjusted i.e. tight valve adjustment or valve sticking in the valve guide or slightly wrong fitted valve seat insert not contacting and sealing the valve right from the start which eventually created space and damaged prematurely.

3. The fuel effect do not comes that early.

It is a warranty case

Thanks for reply and valuable info brother. But how can i claim warranty , warranty was expired in Mar 2016 (after 2 years). Any idea how much its going to cost me if i go to a good mechanic and what is the probability of this happening again. Thanks.

Thank you. So i guess if the reasons you posted above are the main cause of the problem then i hope atleast after the fixing of the problem the it will go away for good.
