I recently had the chance to drive a Nissan El Grand 3.5l V6 and I was impressed by its performance and comfort. It’s a huge luxury MPV that can fit up to eight people in three rows of seats. The interior is well-appointed with leather, wood, and a lot of features. The engine is powerful and smooth, delivering 276hp and 344Nm of torque. The CVT transmission is also responsive and seamless.
The El Grand is great for cruising on the highway, as it feels stable and quiet. It also has a good suspension system that absorbs the bumps and potholes. The steering is light and easy, but not very engaging. The brakes are effective, but the nose dips a bit under hard braking. The fuel consumption is not very good, as expected from a large and heavy vehicle.
The El Grand is not a sporty or agile car, but it’s not meant to be. It’s a luxury family transporter that offers a lot of space, comfort, and convenience. It’s perfect for long trips, road trips, or just moving around a lot of people and stuff. I enjoyed driving it and I think it’s a good option for those who need a big and luxurious MPV.
