What documents are needed to sell a used bike?

Is it enough to have NIC and the certificate of registration and certificate of fitness of transport vehicle to sell a bike?
Can a bike be sold to a relative as an exception if one does not have proper documentation? If a bike does not have any other documents mentioned above what to be done? As the owner of the bike has passed away.

Cnic of that person who is/was the bike owner+registration book+file means two papers which are provided by bike maker company in one paper all bike details are written like bike year of make engine number chassis number etc.. other paper has paid to government taxes details which are made by company....you can sale it to a relative but next time he will not to able to sale it without mentioned those two papers
