i suppose that was after citric acid flush. dont know about it surely.

Did he pour in citric acid?

Did you ask and see him doing it?

It might be possible that the mechanic did not use any such thing, rather simply drained the old water, and poured in the new water, and repeated the cycle 02~03 times.

Sludge / Gunk in the engine will get removed via engine flush, but IMO, its not reqd. in your particular case.

Just use a good quality engine oil from some reputed brand. Ensure that oil is authentic.

Change oil + oil filter (it must be genuine and original) after every 5,000 Kms / 06 months (whichever comes 1st) and you are good to go.

If oil level drops in-between, simply top it up.

Went to get info for caltex havoline

Its one of the excellent, value to money coolants, and I have myself used it recently in my ride.

As per pic. its 100% concentrated, and needs to be mixed with an equal volume of de-mineralised / de-ionized / pure, distilled water, for use in radiator.

it says concentrate means undiluted and we need to add distilled water to make a solution of 50:50. Plz correct me if wrong.

Whenever i touch 70 km /hr i feel vibration or shaking kind of vibration.though if touch 80 or 90 that vibration is far more lesser.

It means, there is something wrong with some suspension parts (like joints, axles, etc.)

Although it can also be due to wheels getting out of balance and alignment (please check for wheels balancing and alignment too), but vibrations at speeds in-between 60~85 kmph are mostly due to problems in some suspension parts.

Fuel efficiency depends on many different factors:

1. Condition of engine (oil + oil filter, air filter, fuel injectors, spark plugs and throttle body must be neat and clean for good fuel economy)
2. Tyres properly balanced and aligned, with proper tyre pressure.
3. Then if there is stop and go rush traffic, then you cannot have a good fuel economy.
4. Fuel used must be of good quality.
5. Driving habits of the driver (whether he is aggressive, or coo and calm)

Etc... Etc...

If 02 persons drive the same car, in same conditions; fuel economy will be different.

If 01 person drives the same car, in different conditions; again, fuel economy will be different.

2.no i didnt purchase anything. afterwards i asked bhai kia kia hey is k sath tatri ka pani mara hey ya sada pani n he said tazab sa saaf Kia hey. Han oper he bohat halka sa seepage zahir horaha tha he said k isko change karain ziada heat up honey pe pani kum isilia hoa hey. But he applied magic there for kam chalao.

Sorry to tell you the bad news

No acid wash was done on your cars cooling system, because there is still rusty deposits everywhere.

Hire a better mechanic who doesnt rely on “puranay nuskhay And doesn't do “‘epoxy” repairs on cooling systems.

Sister I suggest you change your mechanic. Being lady and non-technical, he is taking advantage and not doing things in the manner they they must be done.

Concentrated Acid a.k.a. Taizaab, and Citric Acid, are 2 entirely different things, especially w.r.t. their severity and aggressiveness. I don't know, which acid is he talking about and refering to?

And change seems the only viable solution. Magic Steel, etc. Seem to not work.

99 % of the time when mechanics mention “tezaab” they refer to battery acid. And they expect a tincture of it would magically clean everything, lol

Well, I cannot guide about flushing via Citric Acid in particular, however, as far as coolant flushing or radiator flushing is concerned, via products available in markets from reputed brands; you can go to any reputed garage or competent Mechanic.

problem with flushing only arises if the person doing flush is not smart.

example.

person drains radiator, fills it up and puts some acid flush in it, starts it and drains it from radiator again, then fills with coolant.

This means the acid that was trapped in engine and heater was never removed and will continue to work. - This is why you need a person who knows how a cooling system is plumbed. Sadly the radiator walay ustaads are clueless too.

Exactly plus there's a risk incase there's alot of rust in the engine, the gasket area or pipes, anything that's more rusty can blow and get leak. So one should always inspect the system before doing flushing
