What happened to famous Sunday Bazaar Phase 8, Karachi?

It was my favorite place to buy shoes but I could not go there for about a year! Now recently my cousin told me that it is no longer there :o

I came to know that it had been demolished by DHA administration some time in April 2015 as the owners of that land wanted to build their homes there...

So what is the current status Sunday Bazaar? has it been relocated to some other place of Karachi?

I last went there in Feb/Mar 2011 when I was in Karachi. Great place to visit but only in cool weather. I too have heard that it has been discontinued but no idea where it has gone
