Please guider, what should I do in following case?
I completed following all steps for a used car loan process
- Loan approved
- Car is finalized and I paid RS 80,000 as token (It is used car loan)
- I submitted down payment
- Submitted additional fee which included(service charges, 0.5% payorder issuance charges, transfer fee, excize additional charges)
Now on final stage bank is not issuing payorder. Their promise was on last Thursday(23rd January). They say their system is down due to some update which ran last Thursday and till today(Monday) they are not able to issue payorder. Tomorrow is my last date which was promised while I submitted token of the car.
