Changing the car would be better solution....
but it is giving me excellent fuel mileage . therefore would not thinking to change it.
Ok, it comes with emergency tyre repair kit plus an air compressor to fill the tyre. If its not included than buy one 12v air compressor and also a can of tyre puncture repair kit.
I would recommend to go old school!Aap aik spare / donut tyre market sey purchase kar k diggi mein rakh saktay hain, along with stepni and ring / pana. I think, it won't take much space and aap puncture repair kit and compressors ki hassle sey b aazaad ho jayein gey.

japanese prius never came with a spare, just a stupid pump and a spray can.
when you get a flat, specially at the front, fill up and drive to the nearest tire shop. If your tire is shredded, call a tow service.
