Brother to me, Box Open Laptop does not seem an issue.
Some years ago, I bought one HP laptop from Galaxy Computers, Hafeez Center, Lahore. It did not had any box, warranty card, etc.; just laptop, charger and battery, and as clearly told by the guy, it did not have any months / years warranty, just check warranty (if I can remember correctly). There was a price difference of almost 10-15,000 PKR, between the similar specs model offered by Dell, and in Local warranty. My laptop was UAE / KSA sort of. I used it for almost 02 years / more, and it never gave me any issues. Galaxy Computers are one of the reliable and trusted names in this industry (you can search about them online. They also have an official website for online sale, etc.)
I would give box open laptop a go ahead, however, buy from some reputed shop, and after complete satisfaction & peace of mind and thorough analysis / detailed discussions with the shopkeeper.
