What is cost

It depends a lot on customs duty, and customs duty depends on engine cc, and hybrid / non-hybrid factor.

In case of used vehicles, then vehicles cannot be imported with year of manufacture more than 05 years for Jeeps, SUVs, etc., and 03 years in case of cars.

For brand new vehicles, cost estimation, and rules might be different, and experts here can better guide about them.

Procedure is also different for used and new cars.

Used cars import is for overseas Pakistanis only, and vehicles can be imported under personal baggage, transfer of residence and gift schemes only, and within these 03 schemes too, there are some conditions.

Now a days, used cars imports have become quite difficult. As far as I know, Bank Encashment certificates, money trail, tax return certificates, etc. are reqd. with Customs Duty paid from abroad in US $$$, and Bank Encashment certificate reqd. as proof of transfer of Custom Duty from abroad.

Sending used vehicle from US to Pakistan can be technically possible, but quite cumbersome and financially unfeasible. Import from Japan is the most easiest here, due to No. of reasons.

No induvidual can import a Brand new vehicle to Pakistan under any category it is only allowed to companies selling new cars under license like Shahnawaz,Deewan,Audi even Indus,Atlas or Pak Suzuki sale only those imported new models which are not locally being manufactured by them this is a govt policy
Last year a New AKA zero meter vehicle from Japan was imported by me with the help of an importer who bought a new car in Japan got it registered and exported it after 01 month to Pakistan declaring it a used one.

any vehicle that is specced for US market is built to handle E10 fuel and has a very very powerful cat converter in it that is expected to run at 95% efficiency at minimum.

You will be opening a never ending can of worms (look at all the broken Toyota tundra pickups in Pakistan, they are worse than scrap condition)

better to get a 2nd wife without telling the 1st. The headache that will pursue will be 80% less than that imported car will give you.

TR has same duties and tarrifs - unless the car is brought in as carnet-du-passage
