What is FOB$ Price When Purchasing Cars from Japan Online?

I want to know what is FOB price and it's meaning when purchasing or importing used cars from Japan added on top of sale price? and who pay this price ?

FOB Freight On Board. This is the price after which fare is added to destination than upon arrival duties are added.
FOB is supposed to be paid in full by purchaser.

FOB is usually the price u pay the buyer till the port of departure..
CIF is the FOB+ shipment [carriage or transportation from port of departure to port of arrival] and insurance.
CYF is everything in CIF excluding insurance.

There is no actual price in general, I have read from many resources that when importing car from Japan FOB price for the vehicle to be shipped from Japan includes the following:

1. Car successful bid price at the auction
2. The 8 % sales tax in Japan
3. Auction house fees (depends on Auction House)
4. Recycle Fee
5. Delivery cost from the Auction House to dealer’s office or parking lot
6. Vanning and loading into container
7. Cost of delivery to a port of shipment
8. Load onto the vessel
9. Japanese Car Dealer’s commission
   10.Unloading of container/car from the vessel
   11.Storage in container/customs terminal if unloading is delayed due to failure in custom clearance
   12.Payment of custom clearance fees, import duties and payments
   13.Transportation from port of unloading to the final destination
   14.Registration of the newly arrived vehicle in the customer’s country:

the buyer pay the local applicable taxes at time of clearance when Invoice show value as FOB [ Freight onboard ] means freight carriage is paid upto final port of discharge

FOB means "Free on board", it include cost, inland freight etc. upto seller's port. Sea freight, local duties / taxes / inland freight / clearing charges to be paid by buyer. Seller is only responsible to deliver the material on his own country's port.
