is the car still under warranty
please take it to 3S dealership

i hope this doesnt mean dismantling of the dash

Check for any blown HVAC fuses.
If its a dual climate control, most probably the passenger side blend door actuator is not working. Need to be checked and replaced regardless.

Dash will ultimately have to be dismantled. Also replace Evaporator, otherwise when it leaks after 45K km you will have to do it anyway. This photo taken in my 10 gen. Civic. Bought new, used one hand and age less than 3 years.
