I am looking to buy a old car and it says “return file available” and i have seen many other listings they all have listed return files
So what does return file means?
I dont have much knowledge about car files etc i just know book hoti hai running paper hota hai usmay bs
So can anyone explain me what is return file and if i buy the car will i face any trouble transferring it to my name considering its a 1988 car with just return file and original number plates
