Kindly mentioned what is the best engine that can swap bolt to bolt. stock engine need overhauling and i am not interested. Kindly also mentioned engine appx price.

dump/sell/scrap the car and get a later model city if you are opting for such work - because you will essentially be marrying your car to your mechanic this way.
Thats true but car prices are sky high these days maybe the op can get his car swapped in 200k rather than adding 5-600k.
and I guarantee that after spending that 200K on promises of "befikarr hojaien ye hinjan 35 km/lit karega" - and is handed over a cobbled together engine - that car will be signing a nikahnama with the mechanic on this owner's expense.
Thats true swapped cars are best friends of mechanics but if done properly they can last long but nevertheless best option is to opt for new car if budget is not a issue.
I agree with @Xulfiqar if you are looking for befikri put in a new compatible engine which off course is way out of pocket. If you swap with any scrapyard engine this car will become a frequent visitor of mechanic and a pain in ass. Such cars can be a project car but not suitable for daily commute due lack of reliability. So in my opinion better option would be to sell it buy Balerno margallah cultus (non accidental and sound engine) spend 30-40 k on it and it will serve you well.
