Get 165/70R-12. There are not much options in this size though you can get Dunlop, Bridgestone, Yokohama in this size.
Dunlop SP Touring T1 are ok for Pakistani road's these are a balance between hard and soft tires offer reasonable road grip.
Bridgestone are a bit hard then Dunlop but they also serve ok.
Yokohama these tyre are soft and less durable these can get damaged easily on Pakistani road's.
From above three I would recommend Dunlop though..
Check the manufacturing date on the tires that will tell you how old the tire is..

What about yokohama or goodyear

Don't know about goodyear.
Yokohama are fragile due to softer side wall's. But their comfort and road grip is good.
So if your commute is mostly on smooth paved road's with almost no potholes then Yokohama are a good option..

For Pakistani road's something that is a mixture between a soft and hard tire would work good...

Definitely recommend Zeetex or Otani if you want bang for your buck! Otherwise Michelin and Hankook are the most reliable/smooth but a little expensive.
