I can't say I agree with the engines you listed, Vigo isn't offered with 3F or 3UR-FE anywhere. And 1GR isn't common rail, it's the V6 petrol that's only offered with Australian models.
Thai models only get the 1KD and 2KD.
Vigo G is top of the line, Vigo V isn't. That's it. Both Thai models.
The remaining names you mentioned are just different names for the car. Theres no trim level called Vigo D4D or Vigo UpSpec.
Vigo Champ is the model launched by Indus Motors, with an underpowered 2KD engine. You can't find one of these that are that old because the Vigo Champ was launched as the Hilux Turbo initially, back in 2011-2012.
Most common Thai model is the Vigo G which is usually an automatic 3.0 turbo diesel.
Lastly, South Africa imports are hard to find, and even if there are any, they'll be the newer model which will cost twice as much as a 2006 Vigo.
Thai models are very similar to IMC, but they DON'T have a heater or Window defogger usually, because of the climate in Thailand.
Japan doesn't make Hilux or Hilux Vigos.
