What is the Difference in versions of Vigo i.e D4d, Vigo G, Vigo V, Vigo Champ etc

I intend buying a 2006 Vigo.
-- Can anyone please guide me as what r the differences in different versions of Vigo? i.e. VIGO G, VIGO V, VIGO D4D, VIGO 4x4 Double Cabin, Up Spec, VIGO Champ etc etc.
--Especially What is the difference between a Thai impot, South Africa Import and Japan Import and which one is the best one to buy.
--Kindly guide me on the price range as well!! thnx.

basically it is a Hi-Lux truck with different engine & trim variants. Toyota Hi-Lux AN-10 AN-20 is not assembled in Japan - Plants are either in Thailand, Africa for RHD versions, China & South America for LHD version. Its Loading bed versions are called VIGO and the SUVs are known as Innova 2x4 & Fortuner 4x4

VIGO CHAMP is Made in Pakistan by IMC- Toyota mark for 4x4 double cab truck.

G is auto
V is manual
All of the Vigos are D4D. It's the type of Diesel engines. Common rail Diesel engines

I can't say I agree with the engines you listed, Vigo isn't offered with 3F or 3UR-FE anywhere. And 1GR isn't common rail, it's the V6 petrol that's only offered with Australian models.

Thai models only get the 1KD and 2KD.

Vigo G is top of the line, Vigo V isn't. That's it. Both Thai models.

The remaining names you mentioned are just different names for the car. Theres no trim level called Vigo D4D or Vigo UpSpec.

Vigo Champ is the model launched by Indus Motors, with an underpowered 2KD engine. You can't find one of these that are that old because the Vigo Champ was launched as the Hilux Turbo initially, back in 2011-2012.

Yes, invincible is from the UK.

However, the EGR in the UK Vigos are very different from Thai / PKDM models, so if ever it needs cleaning or something, it'll be tough since it's very complicated.

Invincible, even though imported here from U.K., are manufactured in South Africa . Have had two invincible, and sat in many. All of them had Toyota South Africa nameplate on the inside of rear left door.

Yes. For revo here V grade is the highest. For Vigo champ, GX was the highest grade and before that was introduced G was the highest.
