What is the fuel effeciency of H22A engine 95 civic?

i want to know that what is the fuel effeciency of H22A engine of Honda civic 95 model............and what is the normal fuel effeciency of normal engine of Civic 95 engine,both 1500/1600 cc.....................it should be better if i can know in Km..........waiting 4 ur kind replies :)

h22A is performance engine...!! in performance...efficiency won't count
what can you expect from a 2.2L DOHC performance motor
anyways...as per power weight and driving style.... i think 6-7km/L is expected...!!

First thing H22A is not Civic 95's engine ppl swap it to get performance out of it...and performance and economy are part from each other. B/w the consumption will b from 6-7 km/ltr.

its a laugh if yaa get a H22 and then put CNG in it as its for speed performance realted conversion better off geta B16 and fit a cng obviously for some not straight thinking ppl cng is possible in a H22 but wht go for tht! basic H22 gives 6-7km per ltr and 1600cc vti gives i am not sure around 12-13km per ltr now dont hang me by this!

First of all H22 comes in Prelude i think and when there is performance dont even think about economy.

U can install CNG with H22...but if u wanna install CNG then Y H22...its better to keep the stock engine wid CNG coz CNG means economy matters a lot to u so my honest suggestion is dont ever think of H22 or any other performance engine with CNG.

Sikandir has H22 fitted in his 95 Civic and he told me that it gives him 8 to 9 Km per litre

what do you actually want? as far as i can guess from your posts, you need economy. So you should better stick to the original d15b3 of 95 civic. It will give you good economy. You would get around 12-13 km/liter on that.

You want to put 100+K in H22 and CNG, for economy?

& performance engines are not that bad on economy on low rpm drives. I remember @levin once telling that his 4age used to give 9-10 km/liter below 3000 rpm and around 6-7 km/liter when pushing hard.

yes for sure u can install CNG and run over it, i have seen as well as driven the same and the pick and performance was REALLY great, the main thing u will face lil problematic is the tuning.
Bt mostly ppl dont install CNG in performance engines , i also see n drive the RX-8 with CNG setup and it was superb.

Don't remember which tranny it was but not lsd.
