Well u guys r lucky for just being charged 750 for driving 140 in 120km/h zone this only happens in Pakistan..

My Dad was driving at 80km/h in a 70km/h zone over here in Riyadh and next day got an SMS that ur fined 300 Saudi Riyal :S equal to almost 7k

well here's my story:

one day I woke up and get dressed to look at my 500acre properties...I notice that the horse which i had just bought from a dubai auction for 1 million dollars is missing...So I call my dad. Unfortunately he was busy signing a new 250 million dollar deal with a 50 billion dollar company...So I took 35 of my most reliable body gaurds (i have 150 in total) and took all the gold in our mansion ( 500 gold bars to be exact, each of 1 kg, yes yes i know we are rich blah blah blah ) and sit in my limo...my driver comes to drive, but in a situation like this where things are dissappearing from my house like that, I cant afford to let him drive. So its just me in the limo with a 35 car convoy behind, 10 of them are lamborghinis and we're trying to get all our gold to our other mansion..... So i was driving at about 220km/hr. But the cops try to stop me...I try to run over, but he does amazing matrix style stunts and dodges my car....But in the end, the wanted level went to 5 star and they sent helicopters...So I got BUSTED !!!

that is wrong i got three tickets in one side trip on m2 isb to lhr but they didnt force me to left motorway. all tickets were 750 each. and my speed was 190, 170 and 185 according to there speed gun

I've done 140-170 lhr to isb after fajar prayer no one there to catch you until gujrat
friend done 200 gulshan ravi to thokar no ticket

me and my friend travelled late night after midnight in these reciepts, i was driving. one was a E class and 1 was a 5 series. got no ticket. pretty lucky. bmw 530D maxed out 225km/hr
another time me and friend in a prado lc5 going to lahore.i kept it at 160km/hr min almost all way night time.
he took the car from me last 30 km's and got a challan at 160km/hr

looking at this speeding is not much worth it to save time at least Fun factor is another story :P. Normal 120-125km/h it takes 3hrs Lahore to ISB.
Legally speaking, dont get caught by speed gun above 170km and dont run away as according to the LAW you can be arrested(no one applies that law is another story)

not true once I got booked thrice lol. After the third time I gave up the drivers seat. It was a Civic Vti Eagle Eyes was doing 170.

i have heard that after two tickets during one journey if you are caught overspeeding again then you and your car gets locked up by Motorway Police. Not sure if its true.

i once did 160-190km/h from isb till salim interchange. got busted on the very last half kms @ 141km/h (was actually slowing down to get off and was in bus lane)
I said to the police man "sir student banday hain, koe riayat kar dain" he said " oyee... buss lane mai ik sou iktalees py chala rha hy or riayat mangta hy?"

On another instance, i ve been clocked @ 133 n once fined for driving in the right lane on the 2 lane faisalabad motorway. that was annoying.

my father has been driving for 35 years but according to him he never got a chalan for anything untill recently when he was fined 750 while coming from sargodha to islamabad near balkasar and that too due to confusion of kmph/mph. he was clocked at 156kmph around noon. he said he thought he was driving under 100 but that was mph. anyway i was sad for my father as he got his first chalan at the age of 60 after driving for almost 35 years.
