Bro, a lecturer of a college (BPS-17) getting 45k and you are saying uni lecturer (BPS-18) will get 26k??

True BPS 17 college Lecturer has around 45K. While BPS 18 Univ Lecturer gets around 55K.

Normally above 60k . but with extra classes teachers can get 80+ easily

Bro it varies according to the university! But the starting pay of lecturer is maximum 30K

But you forgot that for JUST standing, speaking and writing you JUST need qualification which is around 18 years of education and not just any education, you need to be conceptually strong in order to answer the questions of students and guts to answer them.

26K is the basic salary and you have to add medical allowance, travel allowance, publication allowance etc etc and it goes above 50K.

you are talking about the basic pay which is different from the starting salary... After basic pay several allowance are added that take the salary above 50K
