What is the time of 'approval' of any new thread?

Dear Moderators and Admin,

I have an obvious question. I have posted a thread asking some suggestions yesterday .... after posting, I thought it just disappeared or not posted due to internet or some problem, so I posted it again ....

& I think both of those threads are out there sumwhere, for approval may be ?

can someone inform where is the post ? I searched all 10 pages of new posts / replies.... nada !

will appreciate any help ....
