What is wrong with my fuel trims

Guys i am not sure if these are normal fuel trim readings. They are jumping all over the place. The screen recording is done at motorway at constant throttle. My guess is a bad oxygen sensor what do you guys think.

STFT is perfect and O2 seems to be doing its job, MAF is stable, Long term is slightly higher, maybe a leaky injector??

Thankyou for your response. I will check the plugs. Can u clarify wat leaky inhector means. Are you referring to the rubber gromets inside the valve cover or the spark being shorted from somewhere?

Leaky injector means that fuel injector is leaking fuel when the fuel system is primed. To confirm, remove all fuel injectors from the cylinders but keep them connected to the fuel system/lines, prime the fuel system and see if you find any of those leaking.

Your LFT shows car is running lean, it may be due to vaccum leak, bad MAP sensor or IAT sensor or low fuel supply.
