What these 2 buttons are in wagon R VXL

Left is i think of fog lights but when i turn it on fog lights do not work. What is 2nd button for as heater is already working without it so what is that in actual.

Left button is for fog light. Usually, this button will work with light switch. When you will open Dip light, parking light, it will also work.

Hi Dear
The one on the left is for your fog lamps that works on turning parking lights on, whereas the right one is for your rear screen defogger.
If the left button does not turn your fog lamps on, consult your nearest car dealer or showroom depending upon your car warranty.

The left one is for fog lights.
The right one is defogger for the rear windshield.
To turn on the fog lights first make sure your car is equipped with the fog lamp as some of the older models don't come with Pre-Installed fog lamps and someone might have installed them and later removed the lamp if you bought it used.
If it is equipped with fog lamps the procedure is straight forward switch the headlight stick (right of the steering wheel) to parking (one rotation downward) or the on position (two rotation downwards) then press the fog light button and it should work.
