What to buy? Fortuner or Revo

Salam everyone. I recently sold my civic x and i am interested in buying hilux revo or fortune sigma. Can someone please suggest if I should go with used or buy new one? I've heard that prices might be increasing in this upcoming budget so i have to act fast.

My budget is around 1.70-1.75 cr and I can extend it a little more.

I would appreciate the advice. What should be the expected price if i go for used? I've heard people reverse their meters and it becomes really hard to identify. I might as well opt for Pakwheels inspection.

Fortuner? Comfortable? Hard to believe. And it's not a cross over. @pwuser151619547869 bhaijan if you need 7 seater and an SUV then fortuner. If you need a pickup truck specifically then revo.

Although I'm sure you don't need a pickup truck so fortuner should be good enough.

Interesting. You are asking to choose between a truck or sport utility vehicle. That's like asking if you should eat an orange or an apple. Yes both a fruits just like both are toyota and 4WD but beyond that there is nothing in common. So what do you like? Oranges or apples? Choice is yours. Only you know if you want to move bags of animal feed or take all of your family including uncles and aunts to the shopping mall.

both have the same engine ..same suspension setup underneath so its malta and kinnow similar fruit..fortuner is more comfortable then revo and better suited for family.

fortuner was never a ''Comfortable" vehicle vis-a-visa bad handling characteristics.Revo is better you will get in slight lesser price .

If you're looking for a comfortable ride, then santa fe hybrid is a wiser option, but obviously it's not a 4x4 and doesn't fall in this competition, but it falls in your range.

those who are challenging the ride comfort in comaprison of an empty rear bucket truck, i'd recommend Test drive a double cab shehzore truck launched by Dewan.

Sir fortuner is not a crossover! It's a ladder frame chassis mid size SUV.

To me, both vehicles belongs to Truck Family. They are rough & tough but never falls in the category of Luxury Vehicles. But yes they have good Show-Shaw.

If you want to enjoy the luxury with comfort, then consider Prado or LandCruiser in this budget and you can drive with Charm at every part of PK.

And if you want to enjoy rough & tough drive, then it comes to personal choice of the shape. Some people love open shape (rear side open) and some people don’t like it.

Also may consider to buy used truck first to drive it for few days. I have two friends in ICT who are professional in such trucks sales/purchase. You may contact them to buy one since they sale/purchase trucks every month.

Accordingly to this, the Hilux is also a crossover too because it uses fortuner's chassis and vice versa. So are they both crossovers? Also, all the sources I checked called fortuner an SUV.

Also I don't know why but it seems my English is worse than I thought because you always think I'm attacking people and being rude although I'd never do that even if it sounds like it.

sir @saad0irfan you are grossly mistake about my comments. nothing annoying or offensive towards any member.

it is just an opinion a comparison about ride & comfort of each vehicle under discussion. As in which truck can take you farther without making passenger & driver feel fatigued. Thats' a definition about luxury in a truck.

English is not my 1st language so it may be different for everyone to grasp., am sorry.

Fortuner ? Comfortable ? u got to be kidding us bhai its a PHATTA....the most uncomfy vehicle i have ever driven.....so is Revo....both are on ladder frame chassis and are extremely stiff and uncomfortable to drive

I do agree that compared to a Hilux, a fortuner will be more comfortable to drive because it doesn't have an open bed. Although when talking about seat and suspension comfort, it's no better than a Hilux.

But to be honest, if OP doesn't strictly need a 4x4, he's better off with a comfy crossover.
