What work needs to be done here?

Right side of rear axle, kamani and dampner is higher, although the body is lower on the rear (driver side) by an inch, and half an inch on the front compared to the left (passenger) side of car.

What is the cause and solution?
Would a kamani change put all these parts into alignment?

Nothing I just added to make it easier to see the misalignment.
I made it to match the bottom of the rear axle on the left side.

If that line is aligned to nothing then your picture and measurement is invalid.

Check the height of the stub axle in relation to the wheel rim lower edge itself.

The correct way to measure this is to first measure the axle to rim lower edge to make sure that your stub axle isnt out of true

Then you measure the vehicle height from the body line to the center of the wheel hub.

And also measure from hub center to ground to determine any wheel dia mismatch

I just had another look right now and it looks pretty much level but a slight amount of sagging on the right side.

It's possible that when I got leaf spring bushes changed using the correct method after above picture was taken, that may of fixed problem.
I'll measure properly in the morning.

I just need to get the kamani sagging corrected it seems.

Even is leaf spring sags, the axle will always remain level.

I had another question. With the leaf spring bushes can you partially tighten them while car is lifted, then fully tighten them on the ground?
Or do you need to lower the car fully then start tightening?

You leave them completely loose and tighten them with wheels on ground , this makes sure the bushings are not twisted.

I went to kamani maker and he said kamani is fine it's supposed to be lower on the right side due to camber of road.

Is that true or shall I get new kamanis?

Left front wheel (higher 18cm) has about 0.5cm difference from top of rim to body than right side rim (lower 17.5cm)
Left rear wheel (higher 16.7cm) has about 0.8cm difference from top of rim to body than right side rim (lower 15.9cm)

So car is higher up on the front compared to the rear, but right side is lower than the left. A little confusing.

Do I measure from the bottom of stub axle to bottom of inner side of rim?

The hub on both tyres is centred on slightly different locations of the body. (One ends up on the bottom of rear door gap, and the other a bit behind.)
Would the measurement still apply?

Would the centre of hub also be the suzuki branded hub cap?

Also the steering when rotated left and right causes a squeaking noise (sounds like it's inside the steering wheel).
I had been previously told it was the horn touching, but I removed fuse for horn although squeaking was still present while rotating steering.
