What would be the best option for buying your first car

Hello and assalam-o-alaikum, I wanted to ask which car should be a good purchase. My options include:

• Toyota Vitz F.10 (2009) 2nd Gen

• Suzuki Cultus (2012-15)

• Suzuki Swift (2010-12)

• Toyota Passo (2009)

or any options that you guys can suggest because there's not much options in my budget, All I am looking for in a car is a good fuel economy (which i hardly think vitz and swift has) and good Cabin sound. Plus What do i have to look for in an imported car, and how do i verify the auction sheet (or anything i should be aware of buying a japenese car).

the options are not strictly restricted to hatchbacks but these are what i am considering.

Being your first car, you should focus on cheap maintenance and reliability.

Jdm is a no no, cause the source for its critical parts would be scrapyards. Both vitz and passo are too old and finding one in good condition would cost alot and a needle in haystack.

Comes down to swift and cultus. Here cultus is a wiser option as being much more fuel efficient than a swift. You can easily find a cultus 2012 with close to 1lac mileage, and it will be good to go for another lac if taken care of... Make sure to find a car thats best mechanically (engine, gear and suspension), original paint and perfect body will take you no where special (yea look for rust though)..... Walk away if the owner uses 20w50 oil, rad fan is direct, water in radiator, gear oil never changed, or doesnt know what oil they filled last time.. these people dont care about the car.

Won't recommend you the imported cars. God forbid if you required parts other than regular maintenance, you'll be visiting Kabari markets, where parts labelled as Kabuli will be your only option. With local assembled cars you'll get anything and everything + guddu/munna ustads atleast would be familiar with local assembled cars.

don't fall for the spare parts guys, they're the reason our industry is at this stage.
Vitz is comfortable, has good features, airbags and has a very smooth ride. Vitz sold a lot in Pak so finding any part would be very easy. very solid vehicle.
suzuki's are just like driving a plastic chair with tires.
