Browsing new (<100km driven) cars on pakwheels and many list "Fresh invoice" or "showroom delivery". My understanding was that its equivalent of "Open Invoice" in which dealer generates invoice in your name and when you go for registration, then you don't have to pay any penalty. Is that right?
The interesting thing is that some cars have pictures of them parked in homes, but still have "fresh invoice" written in description. How does that work even after the original buyer has taken delivery? Do they give some money to dealer to generate a new invoice?
