What's a good selling price for 2010 corolla, self owned?

Salam All,
want to put a fair price for my first owned car, a 2010 corolla XLi (power locking after market). Asking as the latest price raise, twice in Jan has left me confused.

This is an Islamabad registration, run in islamabad, with lots of care (I am a PhD and teacher). Runs perfectly, selling due to a new purchase. 150K Kms

The variant of your car is very important factor here. Is it a gli, xli or Altis? even 2.0D came in this model.
Is the car facelift model ?
pre facelift and super clean car on normal mileage i.e. around 1 lack
gli = 21-22 lack
xli= 20-21 lack
altis = 23-25 lack.
just my opinion lest you can gauge using pakwheels.

Mileage is 150K. So thinking 20-20.5 is fair ask.

It is clean, although 2 yrs ago I had its one side painted up
