What's a really cool car to buy for <10 lac right now?

have had a 6th gen since I learnt to drive, it doesn't impress me....just sold it 2 years ago.
and btw its a really stupid car when it comes to maintenance especially the suspension..

If u know about cars technically then u can buy an old civic or corolla and swap powerful engine in it.And can have a lot of fun with it.

With a budget of <10 lakh the only reliable fun car is indeed a 6th gen civic.
Since you were annoyed by the maintenance, I won't mention older BMW's/Merc's (Possibly JZ swapped)
Other then that all you have left are basic eco cars like a Suzuki Cultus/Baleno or Toyota Corolla.
There was a time you could get swapped RX8's for around 10 lakh, but not the case anymore.
Personally, swapped Civics <10lakh make the most sense to me with the alternative being older BMW's or some older jz swapped chassis like those Cressida's or something.

its stupid for an economy car to have so many bushings and mounts and other wearable rubber parts...And its impossible for a lay man to figure out where the choon choon chaan chaan sound is coming from....I never took it to any ustaad, always to honda showrooms and they would always give me a giant bill and recommend I replace everything. As opposed to a corolla which people drive their whole lives and it never breaks, any choon chaan is factory fitted and stays there its whole life without anything needing replacement.

To me Suzuki Potohar is a cool choice under 1 million. Can be modified to personal liking. Good for a bit of off roading and can take you to nice camping places.

By the way, suspension parts of Toyotas also wear out with the passage of time (and mileage) just like in any other car. None has indefinite life.

I think a potohar is not cool, its ac is pretty bad, he needs a list of cars which cool good.

You should elaborate what you mean by cool.

By coolest car if you mean AC performance, I suggest you buy Toyota Corolla SE Saloon. Its AC performance is like a freezer.

If cool means reliability, Toyota Belta is a good car in the budget.

Mitsubishi Lancer 2006 is a recommended car if cool means comfort. Civic 2005 Eagle Eye is a cool and comfortable car if you can find a reliable mechanic for suspension repairs.

In case cool means a classic car, my suggestions include Volkswagan Beetle 1964, Jeep CJ7 1980, Mercedes Benz 1983, Mitsubishi Paejaro 1989, Toyota Mark II 1990, Mitsubishi Paejaro Mini 1995, and Honda Accord CF3 1998.

If I were you, I would have bought a Lancer or Civic Eagle Eye in that budget as they both are cool looking cars.

You just listed the part which makes a civic better then a corolla, it's suspension.
Listen, simple systems are good for longevity like the corolla's.
but quite frankly they're worse then the civics setup which make civics good handling cars in the first place.
Now, you may not have experienced this "Fun" because the civics aren't "Fun" straight line cars or U-Turn slide machines.
They're the "Fun" cars that'll give you a thrill cornering at speeds (within a certain limit of course), which imo corollas can't match up with. (Same generation era at least)

You can't have it all, you have to pick and choose what you desire.
Honda made the trade off for better handling cars which are cheap
While Toyota was more concerned with cars that would last for decade as daily commuters.
There isn't a car that does it all.

So you're leaning towards getting another sedan? Choosing the right car depends on your preference, I wouldn't buy another sedan if I already have one.
