Nice car, made in Goa and sold mainly in western India as of now. They have to ramp up big time if they want to sell the car pan-India, so i guess they're happy to be a small operation. They do export the cars too. I could buy one, but i'll have a hard time servicing the car. Till they open a showroom in Chennai, i'll have to wait. It's ugly, but the REVA-i is the most practical of all the electric cars available today and all it needs is a normal electric socket to juice it up. If you go through this thread you will see a few pics of the Reva here in Madras, which is a petrol city. Quite a few use this car as a daily driver and are happy with it. I wonder why electric car and ugly go together , though!.The new NXR looks as ugly as it's replacement.lol

Sure. The earlier Revas looked scary , but i've seen a gradual refinement over the years, especially in handling.I wish they had designed the new car better.

HELP. Again!. So, i'm driving down the road after a heavy lunch and dreaming of a nap and suddenly i see a banner advertising a "Maruti true Value Used Car Mela" and make a left turn i did into the grounds and instead of a quiet nap after a heavy lunch i've been churning my stomach away thinking about the deal i was offered for a couple of Altos there. See for yourselves..

"Why buy a new car Sir, i'll put you in either of these 2008 Altos with 18-20 thousand km on the meter for RS2.40lacs plus RS1850 for registration?".Both the cars have power steering and power windows(front). I'm thinking.If i add the extra 15k for alloys , i'll save a cool RS65,000 by buyin one of these, or RS50G if i put alloys on. Confusion..

I've had all kindsa biriyani for food today. I'm sooooo happy.(burp) .Today beng a national holiday and a long weekend, the roads were breezy and calm and 'twas a pleasure driving around. Tomorrow is another day.

The X6 looks good in white, which is all i can say about the X6!.

I'm leaning to "new" myself. Will cost me USD6250.00 with alloys new and a cool USD1000 less if i buy a 1yr old car. I can't drive the basic , too ugly. lol. Let's see what i actually pick up soon. I'll update this thread then.

Meanwhile, what do i know about bikes?. Very little. I can ride a bike with auto tranny but if i had to change gears i'd definitely become roadkill and take a few with me too. I stopped to buy a pack and next door was a TVS dealership. I have never taken pics of TVS bikes here. Some pics of the TVS Apache RTR 160 and 180cc bikes. The yellow is a 180cc. That's all i know.Price for the 180cc is RS74,620.00 on the road, including tax/registration. Financing available thru leading banks and TVS' own financial lending institution.

Apache RTR 180 is a cool Bike.Total Value For Money at the price it comes.Build Quality and Engine is good for this bike.But Yellow Colour-I kind of hate that! Grey and Black models of RTR is Great!Grey Colour Bikes are Preferred for the reason that ,it will look brand new even after 1-1.5 years!Do a Teflon coat/waxing and it will be even better.

White Colour(RTR 180) Motorcycles remembers of Police Gaadi.LOL!TVS Makes great Bikes .Flame and Apache .Both are Good.

Update: They're releasing them faster than i can type 'em!. This week alone has seen the Ford FIGO, Mercedes E-Class and before the weekend, the Chevy Cruze. I can't wait to find time to check out these new models soon.
