Loving the 'Discovery Turbo' channel. Just watched 'Wrecks to Riches' by Barry White(love his mods), Aa Torque(great show from NZ), Fifth Gear, Overhaulin' and 'Wheeler Dealers'(nice show from UK) all in one night!.

Keeping it to domestic market cars for now. Imports, including the domestic assembled new 5 series coming up later this week. Something different, for a change.

Driving in Chennai earlier this evening. It gets dark here by 630pm in summer!. That's how it is over here.

I;ve asked my cable guy to tune in the Turbo channel, and he's always like Discovery what? :S and then the usual topi drama..that we don't get it here. I told him, we get the Indian Discovery over here so why the hell doesn't Discovery Tubro won't come here when its coming there...but to no effect!

I think I should call the head office.

I've had quite a few queries about what kind of music plays on the FM stations in Chennai so below are the three of the Top Ten melodies people listen to while driving. In addition to Tamil film music(Kollywood), English music FM stations also keep one entertained while driving covering the entire genre from rock to pop. Bollywood music is almost nonexistant on the waves in Chennai unless one buys cds or downloads some.

Yes. No Bollywood music on the FM airwaves in Chennai but movies and cds available in theaters and stores. I listen to all kinds of music and more variety would be nice!. And, thanks for asking.

^ no man... i seriously thought how could indian airwaves be without bollywood music... and for sometime i always thought that its the only music indians listen :S...

so i was extremely surprised and a tad jealous too when porcupine tree announced their first ever concerts in mumbai and also in new dehli i guess :S... but its good ...

Waqas bhai, half the states in India have their own (non-Hindi/Urdu) language & consequently their own film industry .... although Bollywood is more popular internationally.

Hence lots of variety when it comes to music here ...
