Pricing for the new Vento sedan is confirmed to be in the RS7-9lac range for both petrol and diesel versions. Ofcourse, actual pricing will vary from state to state here based on local taxes and levies added.Nice looking. I'm seriously thinking of trading my SX4 in for this car, inspite of the Teutonic dashboard!.

The redesigned/facelifted Hyundai Verna and all new Skoda Yeti are in the showrooms, hopefully i get an ok to post pics of the new 5-series and some spottings if i get lucky are all coming up in the next segment of this thread. Keep watching.

bro, I have just got my VW POLO HIGHLINE and trust me the car has the best looks and quality amongst all the hatches available in the country 2day.

you should go for the VW VENTO as it is going to be the best alternate to HONDA CITY..
quality simply rocks and the car has the best ride in the business apart from very decent handling..

This pic was taken last week and she still looks fresh as a daisy to me after 2 1/2 years!. I am thinking about the Vento seriously, though. I like the styling and i'm waiting to check it out in the showroom soon enough.

If the SX4 hadn't come along, i would have bought this or a Mondeo.

Thats definetly not a vespa, most probably its a bajaj chetak or a priya. BTW looking at your shipshape ride I should say you have mastered chennai traffic. I once 'rubbed' my dad's Safari with an auto rickshaw in Chennai.

VESPA was in India during the 60's and the Scootter very much resembles and early example.Other brands like Lambretta(Innocenti) also were present during that time.

Bajaj Started as a licensed Manufacturer of Vespa Scootters.Chetak ,I'm Sure is Inspired from Vespa.

But ,Later We saw in 1980s and 90s When Vespa reentered market with Lohia's LML VESPA ,They Succeded;but failed to compete with Bajaj Scootters!the Market Leader.
