just 500?.. thats not much... by the way here its hard to find copy of TopGear mag and it costs around 1100 a copy here :S ... u guys are lucky in that aspect too..

"a welcome respite from the choking alto..." - you've gotten cynical in your old age. I'm regressing as i age. NDTV's 'Car and Bike Show' featured the K10 last night and the verdict was "champagne and cake" from the reporter after a test drive!. One of my fav programs on Discovery Turbo "Wheeler Dealers" is on at 10pm tonite and the featured car is a Peugoet 205 GTi. A real treat and i'm out of here soon to watch the program.

Autocar and TopGear for RS100 each and AutoBild for RS80. I'll get the next fortnight's issue for AutoBild for it's regular price of RS40 and Overdrive for RS100 this month.

I like econoboxes, including the K10:P. They keep Mom and Pop on the road and the automobile economy jiggling along. Here's a couple of pics of some more econoboxes on the road here.

I've been to Delhi a few times but never had the opportunity to go car spotting. The last time i was even prevented from clicking pics of some neat cars i spotted while driving around. So, here's some pics of the New Delhi exotic car scene. Starting with this exquisite Murcielago. Whew!

Meanwhile, VW(India) commenced production of the Vento sedan Aug03 and this car will be available for delivery to customers next month. Test drive cars are expected in dealer lots by month end.
