i reckon, but build quality plays a part in the ageing process too. i think the new Swift looks better when modded 'cause i liked the car initially and then i've been thinking. well, it's too late , i guess.

Thanks for the Autocar link. I was going thru the latest issue of AutoBild and the cover story is next year's new cars. MInd boggling and only sure to increase confusion.

Meanwhile, some cars i came across while driving around today that i like.

TATA Motors' 1st passenger car, the Estate, from the early 90's. Not Toyota:P

FIAT(India) is all set to break free from TATA's dealers with it's own set of dealerhips across country named "FIAT Caffe". Hopefully it will help increase sales.

latest news in Chennai that motorheads are drooling over is the opening of the Harley-Davidson showroom very soon. The showroom looked almost ready when i last drove by earlier this afternoon.

the confusion is not lovable when one is ready to buy a car. forget shape and pricing, even color is something i'm agonizing about even after i have made my choice clear. i trailed this silver Swift earlier in the evening and i started having doubts about changing to red color as silver was my original choice. even Mahindra is bringing a hatchback version of the Verito sedan that is quite a looker and priced on the low early next year.

The showroom %^&*lights!. Anyways, the best thingy about the facelift is the height increase by 0.5mm. The car doesn't have that 'saggy' rear anymore. Fit and finish is, as always, Honda quality and there is a definite upmarket feel to this car over the previous model.

Quite true! I am experiencing the same as I want to purchase a new camera phone. But I think its good from the consumers point of view to have lots of options.
