What are the functions of 2 keys in 2 different slots?

I have no clue. I've never driven one though i've taken a ride in many rental cars which are more upmarket than the plain yellow and black taxi cabs which run riot in Delhi. The rear seat is like a sofa and i felt like royalty sailing through town.

Since this is an old Amby, the original ignition (below the steering wheel) is probably kaput and is only used to lock the steering wheel. The key inserted in the dashboard is for the ignition, to start the car etc. I think this is the most probable cause of two keys!!

Thanks and 'tis a real car. Well, 'kids' includes overgrown ones like me too and not just 'real' kids. I dunno if the car i saw was bolted on as @Yusha says, or not 'cause i did see it move a bit when one of the 'kids' leaned on it to check out the interior. It's all real including the carbon fiber trim which i was drooling over. I love carbon fiber.

The car is not bolted on. It will move as the wheels are functional. I only said that there is no engine or gearbox in the car.

I can't figure it out too so you're not alone. Any thoughts?.

Price difference is approx. 1 lac on the mid-range model. The thingy is the quality , fit and finish and drive factor of the Micra is far superior to the Swift and Polo. Too many and tough choices over here and in March the VW 'UP' will be released too making life more difficult for thecar buyer.

I agree to the fact that Nissans are built better then VW and Suzuki's and when you drive one its a class a part, (atleast when compared to Suzuki Toyota and Hondas avalible in our part of the world).

Then i suppose Micra wins, i personaly feel the drive and the interior of the car should be the bestest and most important factors, The outside does matter but the one (owning/Driving) it spends most of the time inside the cabin. That should be where one should feel comfortable.

The usual Sunday fare - Lookee here, there's a brown Santa on the sleigh!.lol XMas decorations at EA mall, for Kamran. I'll post decorations at various public locations before i go on holiday too. There's a new upscale mall, 'Ramee Mall' a Dubai import ,opening for Christmas in Chennai and i was told only upmarket cars will be showcased there. Goody and more pics for you guys:P

i concur. the only car Maruti-Suzuki builds well is the SX4. Mine is tight even after 4 1/2 years and this pic was taken yesterday. The locally built Swift's exterior feels like it's built to a price in comparison to the Micra, Polo and 1-10 but the interior of the Swift is world class quality.
