What's the cost of restoring a Land Cruiser 70 series RKR 1986-1990

So basically I am planning to buy this car and after I got it inspected from Pakwheels, the report stated that the suspension needs a lot of work
The radiator needs to be changed
The AC is not working
Differentials need work
There is oil leakage in the engine
So I wanted to know what's the cost of all these repairs individually
So that I can have a clear idea of how much will it cost to repair this car
Expert advice needed!

Proper repair would cause 500k easily. Upwards definitely, less no way. @mshoaib432722....

Suspension: 25k parts + 8k labour
Wheel bearings: 20k parts n grease + 8k labour
Radiator: 15k + 2k labour + 2.5k coolant
Differentials: 25k for rear + 20k for front + 6k labour + 3.5k for oil
AC: 8k compressor, gas, o-rings etc + 6k labour
Engine oil leakage: f*** up engine... rebuild (175k) or change with kabli (260k) + 10k labour + 10k lubes n filters
Sum it all up!

Additionally u r gonna need new wiring definitely (15k) and steering column joints repair (5k) and steering box (8k) and shafts repair (8k) + labour for all these works.

Thanks @mshoaib432722 for your usual detailed response. Hopefully member will now understand that liking for a jeep is one thing and expense+Khawari is another (no I am not going to discourage anyone as jeep is a wonderful hobby).
It's just that every one on PW nowadays is looking for fuel average from a 35 year old bucket of bolts. Low maintenance, great mileage, comfort etc DO NOT COMMENSURATE with a Jeep.

True. For 70 series i highly recommend to buy a reasonable NCP 3 door (one with sound engine n gear and all interior intact wud be around 4.5 to 5.5 lacs). Keep it as donor vehicle for ur SUV.
