Inverters are good but for sometimes. But china made and here companies give their name.
Old inverters had quality but still not better than good handmade HALAL ka UPS. Why?
UPS have transformer and FET. While inverters only have FETs.
After long time of AC DC conversion in inverters, the FETs slowly degrade as they are china made.
And companies only replace those who die in 1 st year of warranty which were actually bad fit from china.
Buy after 1 year. Companies aren't responsible for any damage.
Local UPS ARE GOOD FOR PAKISTAN. Why they fail?
Because u ask the ups guy to make 1000 watt ups and he says it will be pure copper wire transformer and price is 12000 ra. Lower than 15000 price of some people.
But by cheating you he will put 400 watt module or kit instead of 1000 watt. Saving money here. As happened with my relatives and many more.
Then he will use least possible and cheapest solder on connections. Saving money here. ( give u an idea, good quality solder price is 650 rs. And bad cheap quality price is 150 rs. And these cheap guys buy the cheapest solder to connect the connections but also use least amount. Leading to blast of one connection over high load.
Then he will put least accessible wires for connections instead of safe "motti wires" to be able to handle a good load. Saving money here.
Now u go home and put 800 -1000 watts on 400 watt ups with a body of 1000 watts ups and after sometime. Ur UPS BURNS down or anyreason leading u to bring that ups to the same guy who made it. And askig him to fix it. While he blaming ur house voltage or too much load or battery leading to damaging ups and takes more money from you. And cycle goes on.
Same goes for inverters. If the company is ripping u off. U will get bad result and chakkar laganay parein *** unkay service centers kay.
Same goes for qmobile. Too much advertisement and shitty products overall.
Now what do you get from good 15-20 years experienced local UPS maker who lives to have a name in market or around people for quality not for money.
I mean halali banda. Halal kamanay wala.
You will get a 1000 watts UPS kit in 1000 watts body. Highest possible quality of wires, moti wires , good quality of solder and relays and transformers and varnished transformer. Varnish increases the life of transformer from 1 year to more than 3 years.
And what not.
Then no matter how bad pakistani load shedding. That local ups will charge ur battery accordingly. An will keep the battery away from overcharging which leads to changing water ever week or two.
I have bought this guys ups. And its been two years. New ups and new battery bought. And only 3-4 times have i needed to change the water level in two years. Two years now. The battery Of 175 amp AGS (battery cost us 12000 rs) still gives 4-5 hours of charge on two fans and all savers installed.
