The reason i asked where you got that pic with all the people on the VW is that there was a similar event where a bunch of kids got to paint a white beetle with brushes for 10 rupees or somethign for some charity,... that was my car 9before i bought it). there used to be a site which had pics from 3 events (LHR, ISB & KHI) but i can't find that site anymore. all i can recall is that the home page had a bunch of pictures on it and a few links (with black background) if you can help me find that site i'll be greatly appreciative. my old cars number was IDA 863 (used to be white with a 1500cc engine).

I guess I have that pic at home.. I'll try to upload it from home if I get time.. & Im not sure if it was a white bug or a green one.. I'll check up & send you the pic.. & send more pix of your car man.. I really like it.. if you have any more pix which could help me get better ideas for my bug.. I'd appreciate that!

Lemme show you the initial condition of my bug when I bought it.. engine looks awful.. lol.. i know i'll try to get it fixed.. I'd love to get it chromed but they dont do it in pakistan!

Cool bug.. & Nice colour.. I don't like the alloys though.. but the rest of the car is cool man!! why don't you do one thing... just post all the pix you have of your bugs.. I mean I know its gonna be hard.. 'cause you're replying to other topics too.. but Im bored at work man.. lol.. Just lemme see some nice cool bugs..

taimur if i did that i'd be kicked off the site for spamming,.. LOL! I was never a huge fan of alloys on a beetle but they came with the car (IDA 863) soi just left them on it.

on the black bug i spent 136017 rupees
on the burgundy one i spent 170040 rupees

merc pics are on my other machine, and currently i ve got a 03 vitz, 05 defender 110, 98 E280 & 74 1303 Beetle.

yeah.. Its raining hard man.. but electricity @ my office wont go.. they have bloody generators too.. Lmao.. anyways.. I'll keep you updated with my beetle.. the 1st thing please find me out that where I can get those rims from.. the one on IDD 37.. They're really stock.. I mean just like normal rims.. but Chromed.. they look awesome!! & im getting a 03 beetle in 575k.. good price ???.. i guess in red colour..

an 03 in 575k isn't bad at all, in fact if you find aother one in that prce do let me know....

As for the rims on the other car,.. you can have your original ones shot blasted and then chromed in pindi. but i think the ones on IDD37 are wider than stock for some reason,.. maybe it's just hte chrome.

I want the wider ones.. they're different that stock rims.. & as for vitz.. I have people who import them.. I have a friend who was gonna get me 03 in 500k but he's busy with work & he has to go to khi for a business thingie.. So im waiting for him to come back.. lets see then..

I have two options.. I can get a Vitz '03 in 575k right now.. or I could wait sometime & I can get a Vitz '03 in 500k.. thats what I said..

ok, i'd say that if you can wait a few weeks and save 75000 rupees it's worth waiting since you'll be spending that amount getting the car serviced and by getting new tyres etc...
