Land Cruiser Cygnus was equal to Lexus's LX470 while basic 100 series Land Cruiser had lesser features and slightly different exterior than Cygnus.
Plus you're buying a V8 Toyota, it's better if you forget about fuel efficiency.

Its perfectly alright . Cygnus gives maximum average of 6-7 in city .!
5-6 is ok if you drive a bit harshly. It can give up to 7KM/L
