individuals can not import any vehicle. please read the vehicle import policy for expats and see if you can fit in somewhere.
there is zero import taxes. you may please search 'vehicle import' & "ev policy" in the top right search glass.
If its not a well known EV brand, stay away from it. They are not reliable. You should inquire about the type and brand of hub motors, controllers, battery packs, etc... Good brands like Niu use hubs from Bosch.
