Happened when car is lifted on a bump on driver side.
Decrease's when engine is revved. Have heard this sound a few times when car is stuck in traffic, but not most of the time.
Tried to replicate noise by lifting car on jack but was unable to.
Also passenger tie rod boot has grease on top of it, I can't find any tear, would the boot need replacing or new tie rod?
