My car has done 3,000 Kms only
The schedule varies from car to car, but wheel alignment / balancing is usually done around 10,000 kms along with tires rotation (or as and when required).
Please consult your car's user manual for more and complete details.
Car manual says every 10000 kilometers but log apni marzi se krwaty hain.
No need to do frequently balancing should be done at every tyre puncture but not for all tyre just the one which was punctured
after every 8 to 10 k km
